Children start performing at an early age. Nursery pupils take part in the Nativity Play and Wardle House summer production. Dance, music and drama are taught throughout the school and high standards are reached in regular performances and exams.
Recent stage productions of The Wizard of Gloz, Robin Hood, The Dragon’s Revenge, The Jungle Book, Rats, The Hobbit, Alice in Wonderland and The Pepys Show have established the school as a centre of performing excellence.
In addition class assemblies, lunchtime concerts, poetry recitals and contributions to Cathedral Services provide experience in developing confidence in performance.
