Alongside regular class music time which includes singing, listening and appraising, composing and performing, children have the opportunity to join school clubs which include, Orchestra, including ensembles for strings, woodwind and brass, School Choir, King's Junior Chorale Girls Choir for years 3 - 6, recorders for beginners and advanced, and chamber group (violins, viola, cello).
Instrumental lessons are run by enthusiastic specialist teachers who bring out the full potential within each child. These are offered from Kindergarten onwards and are taught throughout the day during break, lunch or alternative lesson times.
