On 5th December we set off to see Gloucester vs Newcastle at Kingsholm. It was the first rugby game I had gone to see. I was accompanied by my fellow players from the U12XV school rugby team, Upper Shell from Junior School and Mr Williams and Mr Huband were supervising. We had a good time but it wasn't the greatest conditions for the players to play in. We were given flags which had the Gloucester rugby emblem and a programme. Nicky Robinson scored 20 points out of the 25 that Gloucester finished the match with. Newcastle ended up with 13.
Gloucester scored first but Newcastle didn't give up and battled to the end. I was happy that the game finished with a win as I didn't want to see Gloucester lose. The crowd went wild at the end. We all clapped the Newcastle team off but the celebrations and champagne went to Gloucester.

On December 5th we went to see Gloucester play Newcastle Falcons at Kingsholm. We went with the Under 11's and 12's. We were given our programmes for the match and had lunch. We were able to pick up a few tips from watching the game. When the players came back on after half time we were given flags and we did a guard of honour - sadly this wasn't shown on the television but we each deserved a high five from the players. The end result was Gloucester 15 points to Newcastle 13.

It was the 5th December and the U12 and U11 rugby team went to Gloucester to watch them play against Newcastle. We all got programmes and Gloucester rugby flags. Gloucester soon took the lead but Newcastle were soon catching up. At half time the score was 10-6 to Gloucester. It was finally time to be the guard of honour. We were told to line up on the pitch and wave our flags as the players ran onto the pitch. It was so exciting. Finally the match had finished Gloucester 25 - Newcastle 13. The crowd went wild, Gloucester had won.
