Valentine's Dinner and DanceA great night was had by all on Saturday 4th February 2006 to celebrate St Valentine's. 150 people attended the evening making it a very cosy gathering in the Anniversary Hall. Pre-dinner drinks of Kir Royale were served on arrival followed by an outstanding three course dinner provided by the school caterers with a very romantic theme. After dinner, instead of the traditional raffle, we played a game of heads and tails - a fast and furious event involving no skill whatsoever, merely the ability to stand up and sit down (something some of us struggled with as the evening wore on!). The prize of £200 plus 2 bottles of champagne was won by Julian and Helen di Tomaso's guest - congratulations. The dancing started at 10pm to the tunes played by DJ Andy Neal and continued until 1am. The quality of dancing was something that had to be seen to be believed! Another hugely successful evening where the KSPA succeeded in raising a massive sum of money (TBA) for the school.
