Like many independent schools, The King's School, Gloucester does not have an endowment to fund bursaries or major capital development. Although the financial management of the School is excellent, reliance on fee income alone constrains the pace and scale of future developments. By generating new income streams we are able to create wider access to our education and bring to fruition major development projects that will benefit children in the short to medium term, as well as aiding recruitment of students and staff in the long term.
Through the generosity of others, mailny former pupils, we are able to invest in a number of projects, year on year, which enhance and enrich the educational experience for our pupils. Giving to The King's Foundation will make a significant difference to the lives of our pupils and to the future growth and stability of the School. The strength of this giving programme lies in the number of gifts that are donated each year; we would therefore like to encourage the wider King's community to make a donation, regardless of how big or small the gift, by making as many opportuniteis available ot suit every individual's needs.
