1960-67 Leavers ReunionFormer pupils who attended King's in the early 1960s met in the School Hall for a reunion meal on 24th September. It was a splendid occasion at which many memories were rekindled and friendships renewed. Current members of our Sixth Form showed visitors around the school site to see the many changes that have taken place in recent years. Those in attendance included: David and Ann Ball, Roger Billingham, Roland Boggon, Ian Browne, Peter Bubb, John Burcher, James Chang, Dave Courtney, Michael and Angela Cresswell, Roger Francis, Charles and Angela Ford, Nigel Gibbins, Philip Gillman, R. Hawkes, John Hobbs, Mr and Mrs Hurran, David Jewell, Graham Littleton, S. Lock, Robert MacDowell, Malcolm Mitchell, Robert and Jenny Oakley, Nigel and Carole Pain, R. Partos, Andrew Pearce, David Robertson, A. Rosser, John Rymer, Robert Simpson, Michael Sprague, Raymond Stringer, Gordon Taylor, John Warner, Richard Williams, Ronald and Janice Wilson, and Bernard Wood. Former members of staff Pat and Ann David, Clifford Ashby, Henry Beaumont, Lionel and Joy Parkhouse, David and Anne Hawkins, David Bowers and Mary Chisholm also attended.
