Reunion & Christmas Party of Leavers from 1998

On Thursday 23rd December 2004 a group of 12 former pupils who left in 1998 were reunited. The reunion was based at the home of Adam Coates and Natalie Smith. Some pupils had not seen each other since leaving school 6 years ago.


Below is news of each of the former pupils present at the reunion:

Danielle Amber (nee Jackson)

Currently working for Halcrow Group Ltd in Cardiff. Planning on moving to the United States with husband Wayne.


Adam Coates

A lieutenant in the Royal Navy working as Flag Systems Engineer on the Aircraft Carrier HMS Invincible.


Sarah Cook

Currently study for a Sports Science degree at the University of Gloucestershire. She then plans to do a conversion course to become a Maths teacher.


Stephanie Curry

Teaching Science and Biology at South Dartmoor Community College. Really enjoying it, particularly taking pupils on D of E expeditions onto Dartmoor.


Richard Hadfield

Working for the Gloucestershire Police as a Scenes of Crime Examiner.


Richard Hill

Working at the King's School as Systems Manager.


Kit Huckvale

Final year at Manchester University training to be a Doctor of Medicine.


Megan Irving

Enjoying working as an Occupational Therapist in Wrexham.


Elizabeth Lucas

Currently holds a professorship at University of Vermont in the United States. Lecturing in Classics. She will return to the UK in April.


Graham Ritchie

Currently in his 2nd year of a PhD at Edinburgh University.



Natalie Smith

Natalie graduated from the University of Gloucestershire, and after two years teaching at Coney Hill Primary School she started work in King's Junior School in September 2004. She plans to marry Adam Coates in Summer 2005.


Caroline Teale

Living back in Gloucestershire. Now a trainee solicitor.
