Pastoral care

Pastoral care is in place to ensure that every need is attended to and each child is able to prosper on a sound foundation of happiness and security.

Each day in Junior School starts with a walk through the historic cloisters to Assembly in the Chapter House.

Moral stability underpins a child's development and we promote respect and consideration for others and global awareness through teaching, experience and example. There are high expectations in behaviour as the children respect traditional values in their modern world.

"In and around school, pupils exhibit confidence, openness and courtesy which reflect pride in, and affection for, the community to which they belong."

"The quality of pastoral care is excellent. The staff provide high quality support and
guidance for the pupils. Children's welfare in the EYFS is promoted at all times.
Relationships throughout the school, between staff and pupils and amongst the
pupils themselves, are outstanding."
