Welcome

Welcome to our website, which contains a wealth of information about the school.  We hope you enjoy exploring the different areas.

The King's School, Gloucester is one of the seven famous Cathedral schools established by Henry VIII in 1541.  Whilst initially a Choir School, it has grown considerably over the years into the leading co-educational independent school in the area, with around five hundred pupils, aged three to eighteen.

If you are not familiar with the school, we hope you will pay us a visit.  Walk around the school site at any time and you will get a strong sense of a busy and thriving community,  of staff and pupils moving purposely from one activity to the next, of a whole host of opportunities that all are eager to seize.

King's is a dynamic and creative place and I hope that this website will give you at least some sense of who we are and what we do.
