Lower Shell Wonderful Wilderness Trip
"Due to COVID-19 lots of hobbies and events haven’t been able to happen but luckily for us, the ‘Lower Shell Wonderful Wilderness Trip’ was able to happen!
When we arrived, everyone felt so bubbly with excitement and couldn’t wait to see what the day would bring. It felt so special to have so much freedom, in the beautiful , wild forest (having spent so much time at home in lockdown, limited to where and what we could do). It was an amazing moment, especially being able to do all the activities with our friends. The activities were:
- Low rope course
- Archery
- Orienteering
- Tunnel trail
- Rewilding challenge
- Crate stack
My favourite activity was the crate stack and my funniest moment was during the tunnel trail when we heard a loud cry “I’m stuck!” and realised it was actually one of the Gap students!
I loved the trip so much and hope I can go back soon"
