Best Independent School of the Year

King's voted 'Best Independent School of the Year' in the SoGlos Lifestyle Awards

King's are incredibly proud to be chosen as Gloucestershire’s best independent school, in the 2020 SoGlos Lifestyle Awards, as voted for by King's families and the community.

We have been at the heart of Gloucestershire, educating children, for over 479 years.  During lockdown we stayed open as a keyworker school and continued educating our pupils remotely – and as one parent said ‘this was all done without missing a beat’.

The King’s community also cooked 1,800 meals for NHS staff and vulnerable people in the community, we made 3,000 items of PPE and raised over £6,000 for local charities.

We are very honoured that our wonderful, kind and caring community have recognised this, by taking time to vote for King’s in the SoGlos awards this year and we would like to thank this same community for equally being so unfailingly supportive.
