On Monday and Tuesday audiences gathered for this year's Senior School production of 'The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe'.

The four Pevensie children Lucy, Edmund, Susan and Lucy, leave wartime Britain behind and replace it with a faraway land full of mystical adventure, talking Fauns, a courageous and unforgettable Lion and the coldest, cruellest White Witch.

This wondrous story, where C.S Lewis was a master of the imagination, made his readers believe that they were adventuring into new lands, meeting magical creatures and battling cruel dark villains. Our cast also masterfully managed to bring this sense of magic to the stage in a production that sought to highlight the power of belief and how good can seek out the light and banish the dark - something which we could all do with being reminded of currently.
